Poem - Sugary Syrup

Into my eyes, you trespass as a reflection. Into my heart you intrude as a sweet memory. Then you transform as the essence of my life akin to sugar in water Without you I am sweet-less Without me you are exceedingly sweet How marvellous Playfully and ignorantly The best sugary syrup you and me have made. NOTE: This poem is nominated for SALISMANIA.com Best Poem of the Year Award 2017.
