ACP Agni Mitra finds out about her adulterous ways as he starts investigating into the murder. The miffed husband, a lecherous boss, one of her many jilted admirers - anyone could have killed her. The investigation is stuck in myriad perplexing questions when the murder of Meenakshi Menon, a Director with Altius Finance, hits the headlines. As more murders rock the city, it is not too long before the battle of wits with his unseen adversary turns personal for Agni. From the beginning till the end, the book and its hidden secrets will be the only thing in your mind. Written in an excellent way, the book is very promising and has the power to leave a very enduring percussion on the mind of readers. The cover is well designed with the tint of crime and mystery, keeping in mind the title and blurb, which makes it tempting for the buyers as well as readers. Sourabh has meretriciously presented this crime thriller, perfectly blending it with interesting twists and turns. Unlike other books, In the Shadows of Death will leave you baffeled with each unfolding chapters. It is a must read for all the lovers of crime-thriller. All the best to Sourabh for his book, and I wish to read his future works.
