Passionate.

Q. Please describe what the story/book is about in one sentence.

The book Looking Through The Prism is a collection of motivational poetry budding in the lap of nature.

Q. Briefly, what led up to this book? What were you writing (and getting published, if applicable) before breaking out with this book?

I have already published my first book, Flights of Fantasy, a collection of short stories. Many of my short stories have been published in the magazine Women's Era.

I am also the editor and admin of the e-magazine Elitte (Elitte Health, Elitte Kitchen, Elitte Travels, Elitte tours, Elitte's inspirational quotes, Elitte's cuddly toys, etc.).

I was the President of an NGO Sabujer Abhijaan which showcased on stage the young talents of the society.

I have passed a course in Journalism from the Delhi School of Journalism. I have been writing since childhood and publishing "Looking Through The Prism" is a dream come true.

Q. What has been your biggest achievement?

My greatest achievement is publishing 2 of my books and showcasing them at the Delhi International Book Fair, Chennai Book fair, and the book release of Looking Through The Prism at the Kolkata International Book Fair.

Looking Through The Prism is available on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopclues, Infibeam, and Notion Press. This is a great achievement for me.

Q. Looking back, what did you do right that helped you break in?

Publishing with Notion Press was the right thing I have ever done. Achieving a target and submitting my work before the deadline was perhaps the best thing I have done.

Q. Did you have a platform in place? On this topic, what are you doing to build a platform and gain readership?

I started afresh. I did not have any platform in place except my pen, paper, and dreams.

At present, I am trying to reach out to people on social networking sites like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter.

I am also proud to inform everyone that along with 10 more authors, my book Looking Through The Prism and myself are sponsoring the Social Interschool Quiz Contest 2018 at DPS, Delhi, featuring the display of my book at the table.

I have entertained the book reviews and have also joined a Facebook page for authors " United by Ink" which is the official sponsorer of the event.

My book Looking Through The Prism has been selected by Notion Press and Kwality Book House for display in the stalls of the Delhi & Kolkata International book fair and Chennai Book fair. It was officially launched at the Kolkata book fair on 5th February 2018.

I have also signed in to SALISMANIA.com for the review, interview, promotion, and marketing of my book.

About the Book

Looking Through the Prism: Spectrum is a collection of poems that embraces optimism and inspiration. If you are in the mood for a quiet evening or would like to search for greener pastures, you need to settle down with an introspective approach to this book.

The rhythm in the poems is touch and go from the very beginning till the end. Whether it is ecstasy in The golden gown that the warm sun weaves, the romance in Your lips a crimson ray or describe the hard work in The sweat and toil of the human race, Looking Through the Prism reveals a unique path to joy and happiness.

So gear yourselves for a ride through the hills and the valleys and hug nature with your arm; the arms of faith and not the arms of artillery. This book will inspire you with self-analysis and a positive attitude.
