The author has used many motivational quotes and has also used theories to explain you the benefits which are easy to follow. Each topic is explained in very detail, which will surely give you an in-depth analysis on why you take any action or why you get stressed.
All the sections are divided into small chapters so that you don't get stressed out reading about any single topic. The author has used examples of some of the biggest entrepreneur's of the world to motivate you to take a step further in your life.
What I liked the most about the book was that you can learn something new in every chapter. You don't have to be a depressed person to read this book, it will help you even if you are any companies CEO. The content is very rich and you can easily take action as mentioned in the book and analyze if it works for you.
The personal touch of the author, like how she manages her emotions and how she manages her routine is missing in the book. Also, the book is more focused on information (which is great) but it should also boost the reader to take action without wasting any time. Every section must have a call-to-action.
Overall, I loved the book and The Mind Game is a MUST READ for everyone.
