Z. Altug, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, is a licensed physical therapist and performance specialist with more than 25 years of experience in his field. Z worked at UCLA Medical Center outpatient rehabilitation department for 12 years as a physical therapist and now works as a private consultant. Beyond sharing his knowledge and experience with personal clients, Z extends his reach through writing. He enjoys participating in a variety of sports, learning about astronomy, and discussing new projects with his two rowdy cats at his home in Los Angeles.

The book became one of the most helpful, trustworthy as well as the closest companion of mine since I ever started reading it. It has enhanced my lifestyle and health amazingly.

REVIEW:

As the name of the book Sustainable Fitness says, this book is based on personal development. As readers will start reading it from the first page to another, they'll gradually begin to feel an urge to follow all the information, tips, and tricks that Z has included in each chapter of the book.

It took me complete 4 months to complete this book and follow the guidelines given in it. And the result I got is amazing and worth waiting so long. Z has wonderfully collected all the known and unknown facts based on human lifestyle.

It is a must read for people of all ages. I got to know many tips that I could follow to live my life in a more healthy way. Despite the book being lengthy, one won't feel bored.

The book cover is attractive and perfectly suits the subject. The exercises displayed in it in the form of pictures are very helpful. One will feel guided step by step. It comprises of easy steps and forms which could be performed with minimum props and in a room.

I would like to wish Z all the best for his amazing book and knowledge and I would love to read his future works.
