The Hunt Book Review

REVIEW

A Police officer is empowered by the government to enforce the laws it creates. But when the government takes no action against the criminals, the hunting begins.

The Hunt by Sourabh Mukherjee is a puzzle. Each page works as a piece and when you join them together, the mystery will be revealed. Action, Drama and Suspense are what makes this 11-page pursuit a hunt.

It is an unpredictable short episode full of twists and turns. The language used in the book is simple and easy to understand. I also loved the cover of the book, it perfectly suits the title and the blurb.

ABOUT THE BOOK

It is a sultry summer afternoon and a police officer in plain clothes, carrying a gun, is waiting for Dibakar Roy to leave a bank. The sights and sounds keep transporting the officer to another time in another city, to an evening that changed his life forever when he was a child of twelve. Is his hunt going to end today?
